Without wanting to appear too formal, I firmly believe that it's in everyones interest to understand our respective obligations and commitments in entering into a service agreement.

 

Before engaging services, I will undertake a home visit to run over the paperwork before we both sign the agreement. I must emphasise, there is no minimum commitment to use PawsClickPlay Pet Services, with either party able to terminate the relationship with written notification, effective immediately, subject to the standard 24 hour cancellation policy.
